This amazing charity aims to reduce premature deaths from heart disease and stroke - ultimately empowering people to live life better, longer, healthier and happier.
Almost 9,000 people die every year of a stroke or heart disease – making it one of the nations biggest killers. However, 80% of these deaths are preventable! That is why it is so important to spread awareness and support for the IHF so they can continue to save lives on the island of Ireland.
